Kyubey Amigurumi

I wanted to crochet myself a kyubey from Pruella Madoka Magica and I couldn't find any patterns or things online to make things easy for myself.
Then I purchased a stuffed cat pattern from Etsy that I have had my eye on for the longest and got to work~ (I imagined him to be cat-like and it was PURRFECT for the job.)
I of course modified it as I ran into issues with my stitching.. The ears would somehow end up sideways on the head? I'm guessing it was the weight of yarn or hook I was using. 

Anyway, this little guy has some wire put into his ear appendages to give it a gravity defying look. It also allows for some posing. 
He's made from white WW yarn, Caron simply soft pink yarn, and Vanna's choice yarn for the gold loops.
Kyubey is also stuffed with fiberfill stuffing, and the red and black details are felt. (Lazy hot glue ftw)
His head naturally wants to tilt to the side as I didn't stuff his neck too well to support his head.. but I left that due to that being a signature look of his that he gives in the anime.

I very much enjoyed making him, and I LOOOOOOOOVE how he turned out! I tried to stay closer to the anime version of him, with a touch of what I imagined him to look like with real anatomy.
